In early December we held yet another successful Christmas Party.  The hall had been beautifully decorated by the hall committee, and got us all into the Christmas spirit even before the party had started.  There was an excellent turnout of members, who all provided us with a bountiful selection of foods for the buffet.  Our entertainer for the evening was Ricky Fontayne who sang popular songs from the 60s 70s and 80s.  Ricky is an excellent performer, and wowed our members for the second year running, getting more of our members onto the dance floor than ever before.  A wonderful evening.

Our October AGM was a success with over 60 members turning out on a very wet night.  Two of our long-standing committee members stepped down and were presented with bouquets of flowers.  Following the AGM, members were treated to a complimentary fish and chip supper.  A lovely social evening.
